CAF SIGNALLING, S.L. has been granted with a financial aid for its Research and Development Project named [ENCEMAXCAP] SISTEMA ENCE ECOLÓGICO PARA MAXIMIZACIÓN DE LA CAPACIDAD EN LA SEÑALIZACIÓN DE LÍNEAS FERROVIARIAS. The Centre for the Development of Industrial Technology (CDTI) manages this financial aid that is co-funded by the European Regional Development Funds. The main objective of the project is to develop a prototype of an electronic interlocking system (ENCE) with high performance and processing capacity, meeting the requirements of modularity, adaptability and communication with other signaling systems, to obtain a system prepared for the challenges that railway safety systems will have to face, reducing the use of materials and energy consumption.
