Pursuant to 49 CFR Part 26, CAF USA Inc., a TVM, hereby proposes an overall goal of 1.62% for Disadvantaged Business Enterprise (DBE) participation in subcontracting opportunities on federally assisted projects during Federal Fiscal Year 2026.
