DIGIMAF researches and develops digital solutions to transform railway maintenance through a comprehensive approach using AI, advanced data analytics, and IoT. It will enhance the LeadMind platform by incorporating intelligent maintenance planning, an advanced digital logbook, and condition-based predictive strategies, thereby improving operational efficiency, safety, and train availability, and strengthening the competitiveness and sustainability of rail transportation.
The project, carried out within FEDER (“a way to build Europe”), has received funding from the European Union through the NextGenerationEU Funds and is subsidized by the Basque Government, specifically the Department of Industry, Energy Transition, and Sustainability, as part of the HAZITEK call.
